At CliC Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Frames
Place the eyewear securely in its original protective case and packaging to ensure the magnetic connection and frames remain undamaged during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
